2. Our Services

We provide product sourcing, quality inspection, warehousing, and freight forwarding services connecting you with factories and logistics partners in China. Specific pricing, timelines and scope are confirmed per order through your dashboard before you approve any deposit or payment.

3. Quotes & Orders

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to change if specifications, quantities, or market conditions change. An order is confirmed only once you approve a quote and any required deposit is received.

4. Payments

• Payments are made through the methods specified in your dashboard (e.g. bank transfer) and confirmed by uploading proof of payment.
• We reserve the right to reject payment proofs that are incomplete, unclear, or do not match the requested amount, and will provide a reason when this happens.
• Fees and commission rates are disclosed before you approve an order.

5. Quality Inspection

We inspect goods according to the criteria agreed for each order. While inspection significantly reduces risk, it does not guarantee that every unit is free of defects; our reports reflect the sample and criteria inspected at the time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such events, but will keep you informed and assist with resolution where possible.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2Z Sourcing & Logistics' liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the fees paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
